Anyone know if this would apply to State National Guard? Might be an out, if the States pick up the Patriots, and they should be thinking about that very thing. May have to call them something else, like State Marshals.
Those brave men and women, must have a place to defend our Constitution. Maybe it is only the beginning, God help us.

Either that or the unorganized militias. BTW, being a fan of "alternate history," I read the comic art story of "Roswell, Texas" about an independent Texas dealing with the crash at Roswell in 1947, a part of Texas. There was a pilot who flew a jet with the "Texas Air Militia" named Gene Roddenberry. Still, I kind of like the sound of that, "Texas Air Militia."
