I do the same thing, Meg. I just took the last batch of cookies out of the oven - and as soon as they are cool enough, they will go into baggies - and mama will be bagged in her bed. LOL!

(Between us - I was SO jealous, when you said your temp was in the 80's. It has been cold and rainy here for days! No sun for over a week, now - but I am thankful we are not flooding, here.)
