I’ve been trying...but it’s easy to get caught up in the rush...
It sure is ... the time seems to just
push us thru the routine motions.
Belly breathing
breathe in slowly thru your nose
push out that gut filling it with the air
no shoulder raising
breathe out slowly thru your mouth
contract the gut .. I mean suck it in
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve
used that mechanical exercise over the
last 20 yrs .. and I do it sequentially
one right after the other, about 10-12 times.
And in 5-10 minutes, calm washes over me.
It’s been a godsend to me ..that oxygen infusion ..
for many ‘issues’ .. ;)
