Aw, jeez. Don’t you think the definition of natural born citizen ought to be found in American law rather than a Swiss treatise?

The treatise is arguably the best source for what would have been founders’ intent in using that specific phrase. The people who wrote the constitution didn’t append a definition of their own.

You are not acknowledging the fundamental issue.

Obama claims that his Daddy was a Kenyan.

Do you really think that the son of a citizen of Kenya is eligible to be President of the United States?

The Founders did not consider the matter?

"Natural Born” must be defined as if the Constitution was also intended to serve as a dictionary?

Should the term “Arms” also have been defined by the Founders as well?

Perhaps it only meant that they were guaranteeing the Right for folks to wear short sleeved shirts?

Ridiculous.
