The layoff was only 6% of the sanitation department. 6% is nothing. Unions goons are busted. At least some of the thugs feel guilty about the deaths and burned out homes that were a result of their temper tantrum. Definitely grounds for manslaughter charges for those union bosses who gave the slowdown orders.
State wide, only 1% of the government union members have been laid off. In Elmira NY, the government union employees are going to hold a candle light vigil for these poor lost souls tonight. I kid you not.
