Scientists Create 52 Artificial Rain Storms in Abu Dhabi Desert
Time ^ | January 3, 2011 | Josh Sanburn

Hail, lightning and gales came through the state's eastern region this summer thanks to scientist-puppetmasters.

As part of a secret program to control the weather in the Middle East, scientists working for the United Arab Emirates government artificially created rain where rain is generally nowhere to be found. The $11 million project, which began in July, put steel lampshade-looking ionizers in the desert to produce charged particles. The negatively charged ions rose with the hot air, attracting dust. Moisture then condensed around the dust and eventually produced a rain cloud. A bunch of rain clouds.

On the 52 days it rained in the region throughout July and August, forecasters did not predict rain once.

While fascinating, this is not the first time scientists have attempted to mess with Mother Nature. China has been tinkering with cloud seeding for years, not always successfully.

But the idea that countries in the Middle East could actually create rain in this water-poor region could go a long way to solving the area's problems with drought and is considered to be cheaper than desalination. But how controllable the weather can be is still in doubt, and the consequences of meddling with nature at this level are yet to be seen.

This is bad, and must be stopped. The resulting clouds and rain could help COOL the planet, leading to the exposure of Global Warming as a scam.

THIS MUST BE STOPPED. Billions of dollars in government grants, redistributive economic justice, and tax confiscations are at risk.

Does ANYONE believe that Muslim inbreeders (more than half of all Muslims are married to their first cousins) are smart enough to figure out how to manipulate the weather?

So...I guess we don’t have to worry about global warming anymore? We can look at manmade disasters and ocean levels rising by the hand of man?

"So this is how President Bush created Hurricane Katrina./s"

He used more than this technique.

He was able to trick the Black people to stay in New Orleans and then directed the hurricane right where they were.

Everyone saw it.

He just hates Black people.

No different from damming a river out west to provide local irrigation at the expense of those downstream..

Humans are mostly water. If it weren't for us how high would the ocean levels rise?

Creation of artificial rain will cause global DRYING, maybe even a new DRY AGE.

Another article on Drudge (can’t find the link now) says that they hired Swiss engineers to design it.

Dams in CA were built for flood control, not water control. Before the dams the valley used to flood almost every year, levies didn't work well enough. There were years when people were able to row between Stockton and Sacramento.

That said, they have since become a tool for screwing over the farmers and the consumers of food in CA.

The fact is, it isn't the dams that are bad, it is the people we put charge of controlling them who are bad, in other words, politicians.

Are you saying that CA isn’t in the west and would be included in your original comment? Or did you mean HI, the only state I know of that is farther west than CA or Alaska.

Pretty much, except for those for the most part north and east of Sacramento.

I just so happen to live in the North east part of CA. According to any map I’ve seen CA is just about as far west as you can get, not quite the furthest but close. As I said Dams were built to save our tails from floods. What we need in this state now are desalinization plants, nukes would be best built out in the ocean and the fresh water piped back to the state. That way we could get away from the frickin’ water control freaks who pull sh** like cutting off water to farmers to save a frickin’ smelt.

Only the lame. The mussies hire non-mussies to do the research and the work, then the mussies take the credit - as they have done since 625 AD.

No different from damming a river out west to provide local irrigation at the expense of those downstream...

while blaming commercial salmon fishermen for the demise of the river’s salmon... which gives rise for onerous Federal and State restrictions on those same fishermen while excoriating them as vile rapists and murderers...

Yep. Ever since his books were republished after 25 years of being banned (and burned by the USFDA), the Swiss and the Israelis have been studying them intensely.

Ridiculous! Ridiculous, I say!!! The invented the zero and higher mathematics ... why if it hadn’t been for them destroying all the vast libraries in the Middle East and Asia (while slaughtering millions), all that knowledge would have been lost!

In this case, the invention will be claimed as their own, and the Swiss who created it ... well lets’s not go there. Meanwhile, Whilhem Reich who pioneered this invention in the 40s will go unmentioned or credited, since he was obviously crazy ... even though he was Freud’s go-to guy.

BYW, for you FRers out there who are creationists - WR’s experiment proving the spontaneous generation of life actually works ... see: The Cancer Biopathy and The Function of the Orgasm among others for details to replicate the experiment. (You will also need access to an autoclave).
