TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Officials at University Medical Center have confirmed that U.S. Rep Gabrielle Giffords is alive. She is out of surgery. Doctors are optimistic about her chances of recovery. The news is a dramatic reversal of previous reports circulated on some national news cable channels and local media claiming that Giffords and up to 6 others were dead. Doctors say she had suffered from a gunshot wound to the head but is responsive.
But he’s also got Ayn Rand and George Orwell on the list, so it’s hard to pin him down. I only watched twenty or thirty seconds of the flag video, bit it did not seem overtly leftwingerish (could be wrong on that one though).

There are fake sites about this shooter popping up on the Internet, Supposedly, his facebook pages are NOT legit (laughner spelling).
From the New York Post: “The congresswoman’s father Spencer Gifford, 75, was rushing to the hospital when asked if his 40-year-old daughter had any enemies. ‘Yeah,’ he told The Post. ‘The whole tea party.’”
