WTH??? Don’t communities capture loose dogs anymore.. instead they just call cops to come shoot them dead? What’s the evidence the dog was being “aggressive?”

The dog was hiding as best he could in bushes and growled (if you believe the LEO) at his attacker (same LEO that shot him with a taser) ... How can anyone say the dog was in some kind of “attack posture” is beyond me.
Is this why many if not most police departments now treat their employees name/address information like a state secret?
