Remember when restraint was taught? Most of us learned it at home, if not then at school or church and temple.
A culture that comes to believe it MUST express every feeling or emotion that it has is not healthy.
I haven’t read the reactions yet- haven’t even turned on the tv so I don’t know what the pundits are spouting. I found the audience reactions alarming. We hold nothing sacred. Regardless of whether it was mostly college students or “adults” doesn’t even matter. What I saw was several thousand utterly self-indulgent citizens who simply could not RESTRAIN themselves.
