I wish I had bookmarked the place where I saw it. It was a comment by a resident of AZ. He/she cited the title of the case as United States of America vs (a bunch of numbers). I thought at the time that I should have copied it or saved it, but I didn’t, and I read so much I forget where I read things. It was not on FR. It was some other site that I linked to from either an e-mail or from FR. It was a conservative site because most of the comments were conservative. I suppose somebody who knows how could search for federal cases in AZ. with Judge Roll as judge.
Hmm, interesting. I will definitely keep my eye out for it.
