1. Dupnik - (v.) to attempt to cover up one's own duplicity or guilt by publicly and loudly deflecting blame onto others that had no demonstrable involvement.
"When my boss questions my lack of task completion, I dupnik my co-workers in order to avoid a reprimand."
2. Dupnik (n.) a buffoon, simpleton, uninformed individual that runs his/her mouth without rhyme or reason and has no idea of what they are talking about. Usually a self professed expert, short on knowledge, but is full of cr*p.
dude A: That tech at the apple store had no idea of what she was talking about!
dude B: Yeah, what a dupnik!
