No funding to NAACP; LaRaza, ACLU, Planned Parenthood, ACORN, reverse the federal retirement to the highest amount of Social Security (this would save around $50k per retiree, per year); take away Congress retirement (adjust to FICA, now we are at around $125k per year, per retiree).
