At this point, there is not much choice. Everything, I’d say, with the exception of the military, the national debt, social security and medicare.

I think a 20% across the board. and only 10% for the military.

I would propose cutting retirement benefits for congresscritter—they can serve 1 term and are eligible for a paid retirement sum for life.

If these are off limits, then the budget cannot be balanced. Even if ehverything else is cut to zero.

cut it all, and boost the military, with the ongoing and increasing threats across the globe, now, more than ever US and Canada need to keep on top of developing the most state of the art defense equipment, and then follow through on manufacturing said gear.
