In a public relations victory for opponents of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson granted six more states approval to join in the Florida-based lawsuit to stop the reform law.
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a written statement that although the addition of plaintiffs does not change the underlying legal arguments in the case, it sends a strong message that a majority of states consider the law an unconstitutional expansion of federal powers.

I wonder...is McCollum still involved in this effort, or did Bondi take over the entire leadership role in this suit?
These states and others need to add a law to check BC before elections to insure candidates are eligible. The BC to be made public and the law is very detailed to avoid attempts to skirt it.
Bondi is taking the lead...and is well worth keeping an eye on...which isn’t hard to do.
Bondi took over the lead.
It maybe easier to count down the idiot states which HAVEN’T seen the light.
I am just curious here and I have a serious question — is it better to have 26 states in one lawsuit or 26 independent lawsuits against this power grab?
Since you don’t actually vote for the listed name on a ballot but for an elector pledged to vote for that man couldn’t they get around his name being on the ballot by placing another name on the ballot who has pledged all of his electors to Barack or are the laws being written in such away as to ensure that electors coming out of that state must vote for a candidate who has proven his elgibility to be President.
Missouri Senate approves health care lawsuit resolution

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- In a party-line vote, the Senate approved a resolution Wednesday urging Attorney General Chris Koster to join 25 other states in a lawsuit to overturn the new federal health care law on the grounds that the mandate for all citizens to purchase health insurance is unconstitutional.
Republicans argued that a majority of Missourians favored repeal and that the state should join the lawsuit to represent those interests, while Democrats argued the outcome of the interstate lawsuit would be binding on Missouri regardless of its involvement and said the resolution was a waste of government time and resources. The resolution is identical to one passed in the House last week. It does not legally force the attorney general to take any action.
Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder has filed a separate but similar lawsuit against the federal government.
To date, Koster has not touched the national debate over the constitutionality of the federal health care reform law. But "in the coming days," Koster's office plans to "consider Missouri's unique issues and legal concerns, including the enactment of Proposition C and the resolutions passed by the General Assembly," according to a spokesperson's statement Wednesday.
The response followed this morning's passage of a non-binding Senate resolution. The House passed a similar measure earlier this month
There's been some push back against MO on the part of BHO's DOJ:

Strength in numbers. Twenty-six states have more sway than each on individually.
