Oh happy day!
Comcast effect?
For real?
How come there are not enough liberals to support Olberman, PBS and Air America?
I like honest debate. He added nothing thoughtful to political debate. He was merely a hateful screamer.
You mean we won’t have Uberdolt to kick around anymore?
OH the HORROR!
(not really)
So, they replace a flame throwing moron with a liar, liar, creepy liar.
some improvement.
Why didn’t they give Queefies timeslot to that little Maddow fella?
Highly unimportant.
/Yes, we got rid of cable in December
//currently working my way through the original Dark Shadows
///Was Bill Malloy killed or was it an accident?
Will Rachel Maddow soon be returned to the Air America obscurity from whence she came?
Now, it’s mad cows turn.
Congressman Cohen would be the perfect replacement for Olberwomann.
“MSNBC thanks Keith for his integral role in MSNBC’s success and we wish him well in his future endeavors,”
Air America radio is long gone. For those who missed it their last act was to sell their user’s email adresses. So much for privacy statements.

Olbermann did contribute to the success of MSNBC ... the success being pretty much non existent.
Lawrence O’Donnell may just be a short term fix. I’m starting a rumor that the network is in negotiations with Tavis Smiley.
I think Comcast needs to give the Slowskys that time slot.
From everything I’ve been reading on this today, this decision was long in coming. Olberdork was a problem employee from the get-go and has been butting heads with his bosses since he’s been on the air. ESPN had no use for him either, if you recall.
I think this was the inevitable result of the process that started when he was suspended for a couple of days. Olberdork hasn’t stopped bitching about that since it happened, and I think even NBC finally had enough. Comcast has said that they had nothing to do with this, although given enough time, they probably would have done the same thing.
In any case, good news about old trash. I never watched his show, ever, so I won’t miss him anyway. I’m also glad that NBC finally took him off Sunday Night Football too, which allowed me to finally be able to watch that again.
OBTW, wasn’t Rachel Madow voted “Ugliest Man on Campus” when when was in college....??
