HAWAII GROUND REPORT: Could Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie not be as incompetent and foolish as he appears, but orchestrating a deliberate birth certificate recovery dead end to cover his own papakole? UPDATED: Mystery solved! Reason Obama will not release birth certificate is because his name is legally written “Barry Soetoro” on it

Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.

Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

Friends of mine just adopted their niece and nephew. They were told that the kids (teens) could change their names if they wanted to, because new birth certificates were being printed. So the kids changed their names (they were named after relatives they didn’t like). So now we call the kids different names than last month, and their birth certificates show those names as if they were born with them.

*Edit*

Good ol Barry.
The first thing he does when he gets into office is run to SA To play kissy face with Hugo Chavez, Evo Morales and Daniel Ortega.
Even now he is trying to reinstate Manuel Zalaya.
NK commits an act of war killing 46 and Barry says zip.
He writes and signs a START Treaty that gives Russia the upper hand.
Bows to Hu Jinto and offers up nuclear technology.
Ignores the Nuclear strides of Iran even as he claims he is reigning in nuclear arms.

Oh, the truth is out there.
It is on the front page everyday.

Sadly no one dare say a word lest they be accused of being a racist.

It makes no sense, but as God as my witness, in most states....if you are adopted by someone later in childhood, your birth certificate is changed.

IOW, if you are born as Joe McGavin, but are later are adopted as Joe Smith, your birth certificate will officially be changed to say Joe Smith by the state. If lucky, you’ll still have a copy of your original BC.

This theory is fun but I have a question: What evidence do we have (sorry, should never ask about evidence when it comes to BHO . . . ) . . . Anyway, what evidence do we have that anyone ever registered the Indonesian adoption in Hawaii or anywhere else in the United States? As I read his biography, it sounds like mommy simply sent the boy back to Hawaii to get raised by the grandparents. It sure seems like this poor kid was bounced around from home to home throughout his childhood. The mom sure doesn’t sound like much of a mother. Why should we assume that she did anything responsible — such as registering her son’s name change. The kid probably just came back to live with Gramps and Grandma and life went on as if he had never lived in Indonesia.

On a related note: Why would the governor of Hawaii expect anyone to buy his “Oh gee, it turns out I can’t release the BC without permission dodge.” Every Internet commando who’s been following this story could have told him that the minute he pledged to get to the bottom of it.

Personally, I don’t buy the story that Ann Dunham and BHO Senior were ever married — or at least that they ever lived together. I think the refusal to release the BC is just necessary to keep that fiction from unraveling. There’s something about the BC that proves that story false.

Yes it would. When we adopted our oldest his birth certificate was reissued with my husband and me listed as parents and his name as we had given it. The original was sealed.

"I thought that whenever a child is legally adopted, that the ORIGINAL birth certificate is permanently sealed, and the NEW legal birth certificate contains their NEW legal name, as an adopted child."

I wouldn't think any such ruling would apply if the child is still with his/her birth mother and the adoption is only by the step-father. I wouldn't make sense who "seal" his/her original BC in that case.

No theory. It’s fact. Check the adoption rules in your state.

BTW, I think it’s dumb, too. But it is the law. Trust me.

I'm not a lawyer; however, it is not my understanding that adoptees can successfully petition the court to have their original BCs unsealed.

Each state has different laws about this, and ADOPTEE ORGANIZATIONS have been fighting these laws for decades.

What I dont understand is why so many want to pursue this fruitless goose chase while Obama is doing actionable offenses on a daily basis.

wow.

That’s amazing if it turns out to be the case.

So - a person might not be able to have their very own BC unsealed?

I cannot fathom that.

NOPE, the original birth certificate is sealed.

Check the laws in your own state; if this is NOT the case, find out how recently the law on sealed birth certificates for adopted youngsters changed.

Original birth records did exist. The grandmother was keeping them after BO’s mother died.

This is why BO hot footed it to Hi after the grandmother passed. IIRC, the grandmother’s home was all but ransacked when she died.

Parents and grandparents understand how important documents like this are, even for regular folks (not necessarily politicians). They keep official copies of this stuff.

Do you remember how long long long ago in "ancient history" last century that when unwed mothers gave up their children for adoption, that they were assured that the entire process was, and WOULD REMAIN, anonymous, private, confidential?

I'm not a lawyer, but I've had friends who were adopted, so I can mention the generalities, but not discuss the legal specificities - particularly since each state is different.

Maybe freeper muawiyah can explain it....

I was born in W. Germany in an army hospital and have the original BC that shows that I was born to American citizens.
