Why does everyone frame the question as if Obama is an American citizen?

Isn’t the question about natural born Citizen?

If so, then you evidently must be a birther because that statement implies that Barack Hussein 0bama, Sr. is not the father of your president.

If Fukino’s declaration is valid then it follows that she saw/knows Obama’s parents, mother and father, were USA citizens. That doesn’t fit with Obama’s declaration of who his father was.
