How about, IF...he were found to NOT be qualified to be President (not being a naturally born citizen of the U.S.), and he were impeached because of that...would everything he ever signed into law be nulified and void?

there is no precedent here. does he have to voluntarily step down? does congress have to strip him of the office somehow, or impeach him? does biden take over, or is he disqualified, too, since the entire election is tainted?

So, he ‘is’ now a citizen according to the passport issued.
