Who is going to do it??? I’ve proposed that very same thing before, but who will bring up the charges? The NRA, GOA, other gun rights organizations SHOULD be pooling resources and doing just that, but - ?

I've asked that same question. It does happen from time to time at a more local level. To my uncertain knowledge, it has never been used against a Congresscritter.

I'm assuming it'd have to be routed via Holder's DoJ...

As I've also stated before, I have ZERO faith that the system will fix itself or otherwise work as it is supposed to via checks and balances.
