Just because the Senate is drunk, obese, and feigning sleep; doesn't make it OK for it to be czar’d.

The Bush Administration (Past Admin as well) had a least 30 czars, most were approved by the Senate, Obama does have “precedent”. I think the Andromeda Galaxy is closer to us than a US government which should follow the letter and especially the spirit of our ratified Constitution.
