How come all times are in PST now and I can not set them for my time zone. That option longer appears in my preferences.

We’re using JavaScript to adjust timestamps for local time. If you have JS disabled, you’ll get server time, which is Pacific. If you have JS enabled, then your browser should be doing the right thing...
We made this change awhile back to increase performance.
