Game-changer! Arizona to pass 2012 eligibility law

It could be a game-changer.

A plan in Arizona to require presidential candidates to prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office is approaching critical mass, even though it has just been introduced.

The proposal from state Rep. Judy Burges, who carried a similar plan that fell short last year only because of political maneuvering, was introduced yesterday with 16 members of the state Senate as co-sponsors.

It needs only 16 votes in the Senate to pass.

In the House, there are 25 co-sponsors, with the need for only 31 votes for passage, and Burges told WND that there were several chamber members who confirmed they support the plan and will vote for it, but simply didn't wish to be listed as co-sponsors.

The Feds will just sue us.

They will try to sue Texas too. The EPA thing has already brought defiance from Governor "Rick". We shall see who WON.

There will come a point in the future when Treason Charges are taken as a serious action. It will come. They all took an oath to "protect and defend the Constitution", it is long past time for accountability.....

Statements from officials in HI are all "legal weasel words". Words that confuse and convey no real meaning.

Dr. Chiyome Fukino

-Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

It did not say that there was a birth certificate, it said that there was a "record" of a birth certificate....

That record was most likely a result of a "late filing" by Obozo's grandmother, without presenting a birth certificate. There is no hospital record of his birth in HI (it is very unlikely he was born in HI). There is no record of Barrack H. Obama ever living with Stanley Ann Dunham in HI. The only way that Obama could be a Natural Born U.S. Citizen is if Barrack H. Obama, Sr is not his father.

Many have suggested that family friend Frank Marshall Davis was the father and that Barrack H. Obama only gave legitimacy to the birth. I am not convinced that Davis is his father, but it is possible. If Frank Marshall Davis is Obozo's father, he is a Natural Born U.S. Citizen and he is also a Commie B__tard! (just like "Commie" Frank Marshall Davis the admitted pedofile.)

Let's hope it is time for Exposure!

-

There is NO long form Birth Certificate for BHO in HI. None... Look at the dance the authorities have been doing to avoid admitting it.

Here is the statement by Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Health Department of the State of Hawaii:

"I ... have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen," Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said in a brief statement. "I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago."

(note- she said a "natural-born American citizen, NOT natural born United States Citizen.)

--

Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Hawaii State Health Director, has issued a second statement Monday, July 27th confirming President Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, HI.

“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen.

(Note- she said American citizen, not a United States Citizen)

I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago,” Fukino said, in hopes of ending the controversy surrounding Obama’s citizenship.

Nowhere did she say that she had seen the original "birth certificate"

I’m still looking for an explanation on why I had to produce as proof of eligibility my birth certificate for my SS card, my driver’s license, and so on...and any person thinks it’s unreasonable to ask a candidate for the same, when it’s not just a “law” or “statute”...it’s in the Constitution.

This is going to stick, it’s not going away, and it’s going to be messy.

Yep, it is....

With the "truth" all the pieces fit, with a "lie" they never do. When the "right people" decide it is time to end this, this lie will be exposed. And then the question will be: What fools put this "post turtle" where he is? And Trials for Treason?

I tend to agree.
However, if we can get this passed in a few states, it will to go to court. They will not be able to keep getting it dismissed, and discovery will have to happen.

Well knock me over with a feather!!! After doing some looking around at pics of Monument Valley, my guess is Merrick Butte? Seems like I saw one description of these being sandstone buttes whereas Devil’s Tower, and others in its area are igneous intrustions. Similar in appearance eh?

Then bring on Hillary vs. Sarah!

Please, no. Alaska thought it had it's share of bad press and law suits with wacky libs but they ain't seen nuthin' yet if Sarah is put up against the Hildebeast. Hill knows this is her last shot at the oval office and she'll pull out the big guns. She'll also play the wounded ex first lady who the meanie Obama supporters tossed aside when could have saved the country. It won't be pretty with her gnashing teeth at both sides of the aisle.

Alaska should be kissing the ground Sarah walks on. Have you seen the countless number of new tv shows about Alaskans? They're getting in the $ while it's good and it's all thanks to Sarah. There's a survival show, a couple of hunting shows, a couple of airline shows, a gold mining one, etc. Of course, there's Ice Road Truckers but they started out in Canada and moved location to Alaska in '09.

Arizona law will last as long as it takes the dummycrats to find a liberal federal judge to find it unconstitutional.

“Then bring on Hillary vs. Sarah!”

To hear the media these days, Sarah is dead in the water.
No chance as she has too much baggage. So starts the drum beat to discredit her.

One is really all that’s needed. Imagine Obama not running in one state that has passed this law. It would be an admission that he is not a natural born citizen and he’s dead meat.

Which is why the 2008 OCON is so critical. Can you imagine Obama not being able to get on the ballot in Hawaii in 2008 because he did not meet the constitutional requirements.

I am including this specific bill in my prayers. May God save this nation.

I live in Iowa, we have the first Presidential vote, I think this is a great idea!!!

I am going to work hard to get this established here because BHO once again will have to come through here.

The Constitution says that the legislatures of the states determine how the electors are apportioned.

Of course, we’ve seen liberal judges rule that specific provisions on the Constitution were unconstitutional. Go figure.

I really can’t fathom how anyone could come up with a legitimate oppositional argument to establishing the eligibility of candidates before they are allowed on the ballot.

We know what the underlying reason would be - specifically 0bama’s re-election. But what could they really say was illegitimate about verification?

You're right; it's one of the buttes of Monument Valley in AZ. I was enlightened by okie01 in #27.

Yes, Arizona is doing a lot of things right. Why do they keep electing that putz McCain though?

That’s true, but everytime I buy a can of peanuts, there’s always one in the can that has a weird taste. I guess it’s the old 80/20 rule.
