Umm I don’t think this time around anyone will accept anything from Obama other than a SCOTUS desicion sayfing he is an NBC. At least not if they want to continue living in Arizona...
Ps if each state denied a candidate saying they were not NBC the SCOTUS might be forced into making a decision...hmmm..get Jindahl etc to run.
That's wishful thinking. The AZ election officer/committee will look at it. And denying Obama on grounds he isn't a NBC will certainly cause a lawsuit. So they will accept his certificate, and leave it to other's to challenge. And then they won't be able to because they don't have standing.
