Mike Evans, Neal Palafox, Neil Abercrombie, and the HI AG should all be deposed and their communications and phone records subpoenaed. If they’re lying about this stuff it’s probably to cover up other stuff they’re lying about. Somebody should get to the bottom of it.
Sounds like a job for an enterprising Honolulu DA to convene a grand jury.
