Uncertainty as to ? what maybe ? that those accusations are all lies ? and that they are running out of lies and cover ups ?

IF ??? Abercommie and his administrative officials were so " CERTAIN " that those accusations would hold up in court, why then ? are they saying the word " UNCERTAINTY " ???
