Oh, and the St. Petersburg Times newspaper’s investigative unit, politifact, e-mailed a copy of the Obama campaign’s 2007 COLB to Ms. Janice Okubo, Public Information Director for the Hawaii Department of Health. Ms. Okubo reviewed the scan of the document and told the St. Petersburg Times that: “It’s a valid Hawaii state Birth Certificate.” Later in the interview she said that she had ordered her own COLB and Obama’s was identical.Why would the St. Petersburg Times email a copy of Bowrama's birth certificate to Okubo and not the other way around? Unless, of course, you are referring to the St. Petersburg, Russia, Times!
