According to the SS Proclamation that required males born in 1960 and 1961 to register (see below) “each person SHALL present for inspection reasonable evidence of his identity.” However, we note that Obama’s SS Registration form indicates that “no ID” was provided.

If Obama DID NOT comply with the SS registration regulations (note the word SHALL) then he may not be eligible to hold public office. (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selective_Service_System).

Maybe someone could make this argument in Court. That Obama willfully withheld documentation that would verify his identity to the selective service upon registering because he was, in fact, an illegal alien. I wonder what type of “Classification” Obama would then have received if he was drafted. Therefore, in court anyway, wouldn’t Obama have to prove, that at the time he registered, he actually had a valid ID (i.e., Certificate of Live Birth). And, wouldn’t he be required to produce it.

And wouldn’t the person challenging his registration have the opportunity to verify the information he presents? Maybe this is a back door approach at getting at the BC and TRUTH about Obama.

Also, Obama’s lack of ID, makes me wonder about what type of ID Obama presented to get a Driver’s license or State ID. I wonder if a FOIA request to the state of HI, CA, NY and IL DMV is in order because these are all states in which Obama resided?

Could the DMV have a photocopy of Obama’s BC? If not, at least they should have indicated what type of “identification” Obama provided when applying for his Driver’s license.

Surely it’s worth a shot, right? Anyone?
