Makes no funding not only a smart move but constitutionally required.

Plus Obama is refusing to comply with requests from Congressional overseers for documents.

He is showing contempt for Congress and the Judiciary. Given his poll numbers, where he gets the idea he can get away with this is beyond me.

I'm tired of trying to analyze and decipher the intent of the enemy.

It is obvious "they" are out to "kill" us.

WHY do we waste time sharing information that we instinctively know, and ....

I'm tired.

I more and more view Obamacare as today’s Roe v. Wade. The Libs foisted an extreme policy/program on the country and it will tear the country apart for years to come. These decisions require consensus and gradualism. The Dems don’t care. They will take what they can, when they can and rip the country apart to keep it.

Well, it sounds like it has started. Florida has returned early Federal funding and issued a statement that the state will not take further implementation steps pending a final resolution of the Federal case.

Judge Vinson, “ “declaratory relief.” is the “functional equivalent of an injunction...officials of the Executive Branch will adhere to the law as declared by the court.”

IMAGINE if Reagan or Bush said , ‘ we don`t give a rat`s ass about the law, we`re implementing our illegal scheme anyway!’

The press would go apes**t with 2 inch newspaper headlines ‘ CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS. REAGAN TO BE IMPEACHED!?’

ABCNBCCBSCNN would have wall-to-wall coverage of the radical White House`s actions.

With obama? Crickets

Constitutional crisis over the anti-American usurper’s eligibility, over the enumerated powers, over the First Amendment (”freedom of speech” Internet Kill Switch, “the free exercise thereof” for religion, . . .), the Second Amendment, . . . through the Tenth Amendment. This Kenya/Indonesia/Hawaii(?)/Chicago(?) communist is the most pathetic politician in our country’s history. I pray we will reach the crisis soon and move on to a real American, even Biden, in our White House.

The website of the White House is unambiguous about this: “Implementation will continue.”

I'm not sure we should be relying on what the White House's website says, but I do think SOME entity must challenge the implementation based on the ruling. Whether that entity be the press, Congress, or the people--the ruling must at least be addressed.

As we've seen, especially since the 2000 election, Dems love to thumb their noses at legal precedent, court orders, rulings, and laws. Congress has the Constitutional power of oversight though, so I believe it's up to them.

Why wouldn’t he?

No one has had the balls to stand up to the illegitimate president yet, why would they have the balls now?

He can do whatever he wants, he’s untouchable, and he knows it.

Obama threw us into a Constitutional crisis the moment he took his oath on the Koran as the usurping enemy of this country that he is. It’s just that the whole country hasn’t realized it yet.

It seems likely that the Government will ask the 11th Circuit Court to stay the ruling pending an appeal for a reversal of the lower court. This should happen fairly quickly or least there should be an official announcement that it will happen. When it does the 11th Circuit Court will have to rule on the stay request. Until that happens I think discussions of a Constitutional Crisis are a bit premature. Now if Obama doesn’t appeal or if by chance the stay isn’t granted and the Government continues to implement Obamacare then we have grounds for impeachment.

What Constitutional Crisis?

It seems very simple to me.

Maybe CNBC should read the constitution...they might learn something.

Companies all over the country have allowed employees to cover kids over 21 and employees with pre-existing conditions because of the law. Does this mean that those companies have to go through the whole registration process again should their health insurance companies remove those parts of their policies? Any HR types out there who might know?

We have no constitutional crisis!!! Obamacare is unconstitutional - they most likely knew that when they rammed it down our throats last year. And, I hear the wicked witch Pelosi is still at it. Pelosi hear us - YOU LOST, you are a minority and hopefully you will only be a bad memory in the near future. I WANT THEM JAILED!!!!
O.K. so I am a little perturbed with the 2010 government.

I think we all should just calm down.

The _resident, besides his Community Organizational Skills, was portrayed as a Constitutional Instructor.

I am certain this will come in handy.

A new Constitution Convention should be held BY THE STATES...
to determine the proper role of the federal government..

The federal government owning land in any State should be prohibited.. except by short lease..

The federal reserve should be abolished.. as well.. for starters..
and a hundred other issues..
