Egypt is a tough country to defend and if they were to attack Israel, their air force would be destroyed in 24 hours and US allies would control the Suez, Alex within a week and Cairo in a week.
Then what would we do with it. It would be as bad as taking over Haiti.
I do not think Israel cares to have Cairo or Egypts other many problems.
