Simple, everyone serving in Washington DC are part of the elite class. The same goes for those in the media who work there. They've lost touch with the common man, some greatly, some such as DeMint, not so much. It's an attitude. They live by different rules than the rest of us. For instance, if we break a law, we go to jail. They may get a "reprimand". The desire to preserve their "perks" is stronger than their desire to serve the people. I want to keep the DeMints and others like him in the congress because there is serious work that needs doing. But their buddy/buddy relationship with the rest of the congressmen of both parties voids them from being president in my book.
That's why I want Sarah Palin as president. She's an outsider, universally despised or feared by those "elites", who has the will to kick butt and take names. We no longer have the luxury of filling the congress and the white house with politicians who survive by "greasing palms". We need a fighter for the people. It's my opinion. You can agree or disagree.
Well stated! I agree 100%. I pray Sarah will run. She is a tenacious fighter. Sarah is the one the left most fears. Is she runs, they will turn viciously rabid.
