For me it’s the fact it’s a leaky boat. Law enforcement has abused it and used it to arrest for crimes that aren’t remotely what the act was meant to be for. If they can plug the holes and fix it I might be more open to supporting it, but not as it is.
Since they already showed they have NO RESPECT nor loyality for the constitution, they can never be trusted by us again. That goes for the politicans and government employees.
