you are right, the bill will go nowhere....but why do people pass asinine legislation like this.....we will prevent all our law abiding citizens from having those evil magazines but all the folks who tell the law to go to hell will have them....makes sense to me.....kind of like gun control

TOTALLY gun control. But the political fight is OVER, and we won. Pelosi would not even touch it after Virginia Tech (owning the House and Senate) and then after Obama was elected...owning all 3 branches of government (as Shumer would say). The only hope for gun control now is executive fiat.
