I’d consider Pittsburgh part of that region. 175 miles from Cleveland, similar population base.

Same for our area as well (NJ); whole areas in our cities are ghost towns, and nobody in their right mind even drives through those areas when the sun starts to dip...

At a paltry 67 miles from Youngstown, and with the same ethnic nonsense, Pittsburgh more than qualifies
