Sheila Jackson Lee is mentally deficient and the Republican leadership should state that fact clearly everytime she speaks.
‘I appreciate the fact that Ms. Lee has an opinion, However, we must take into consideration that she is mentally unqualified to make policy based on the fact that she lacks sufficient intelligence to walk and chew gum at the same Time. The fact is that if ahe was not in a protected district, she wouln’t be in the Congress.’
“Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.), a member of the Judiciary Committee, said that directing Congress to scrutinize regulations put forth by federal agencies controlled by the president was a violation of the separation of powers.”
Did he really say that? Where do those agencies get their authority from? Congress. Where do they get their money from? Congress. But Congress has no right to oversee them? Bizarre.
I’m sure Conyers would not make the same argument about oversight of, say, the CIA during the Bush administration.
In fact, there’s a pretty good argument that Congress has unconstitutionally delegated it’s law making authority to regulatory agencies. We lost that argument when the spineless supreme court of the new deal caved to FDR’s desire to move power from elected officials to appointed officials.
In fact, the permanent bureaucracy may be the biggest problem in America today.
As opposed to a ‘functional’ toilet? (I’d say the man knows whereof he speaks.)

Never thought I’d agree with her at least in part, but Congress is one big toilet, no doubt about it.
Sadly, the bitch doesn’t remember it, but the voters flushed in November 2010. Too bad it had one of those mandated Lefty water saver tanks on it, so the job wasn’t completed.
Sheila also contends that toilet water doesn’t flush in the same direction in North Vietnam as it does in South Vietnam (even though they’re living today, side by side).
