A good start.....

Long overdue. No need to unionize “state” workers if they’re on the public dole. And it’s dangerous besides. Very dangerous.

Don’t get too excited. It’s likely that some communist Federal Judge will strike this down on orders from Barry.

Mitch Daniels did this within 3 weeks of taking over the Governorship here in IN.
he removed the requirement they join a union, and within a few short years, practically all of those affected opted out of their union and their dues.
And they workers still have a secure job with bennies.

Stop the merry-go-round of unions spending to elect lib politicians who then vote increases for unions who then spend to elect lib politicians who then vote increases for unions...ad infinitum.

I guess I was wrong on the dates and time....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitch_Daniels
on his first day in office, he decertified all government employee unions, removing the requirement that State employees be union members; and, within eight months, 92% of government union members quit their union.[22]

I don’t like unions, but merit pay has its problems too. If you don’t kiss up, don’t play the bureaucratic game, aren’t registered to vote the right way...you can forget any raise.

We all belong to the biggest union there is...The Department of Labor. Try doing anything wrong to an employee that the DOL hasn't got covered.
And we are all paying union dues to the DOL already.

Wisconsin, also. National Guard will be called out there if there is trouble from state workers.

Unions are good only for the owners of the union
and the the sorriest workers in the union.
A good knowledge worker has no need for a union.
