This should be Walker's counter-offer:
- The Union will bear the total costs of security, clean-up, and any damages accrued by the disruption of the State's business for three days
- Each Democrat legislator who left the State this week to disrupt the State's business shall pay a fine of no less than $20,000 or shall forfeit same from their 2011 pay
- "Collective bargaining in the government sector is a privilege, not a right." Sign it.
- Collective bargaining as it pertains to teachers is restricted to salary and compensation
- Average public school teacher pay and compensation benefits shall never exceed the private sector
- All current Union executive members shall immediately resign and none may stand for re-election
- All Union bookkeeping must be completely, permanently transparent and open for immediate inspection by the general public

add : Unions are no longer permitted to contribute to political campaigns or buy ads promoting a candidate, issue, or party.

You forgot:
The state will no longer collect union dues. The unions will have to invoice the members.
Unions will stand for recertification yearly.

Add-
* Cut Union dues in half to help the workers!
The Union just rolled on the workers.
The only concern a Union has is revenue.

Add to that...
All communications to the unions and the substance there of (including emails) from the DNC, Democrats in Congress, and the White House must be fully disclosed.
Let the public know this is a coordinated attack with DC Demonrats on board, including Barack Hussein Obama.
