And how is this *NOT* fraud by the teachers?????? They are the ones who stand to financially gain from these fraudulent documents.....

In fact, one could argue (and Defense Counsel will argue) that the Doctors are not actually committing the fraud, since they do not realize any monetary gain - at best they are accessories to fraud being perpetrated by the teachers....

Actually, the doctors are committing fraud also, because they’re giving out a medical opinion without any examination and without evidence of any illness. Their analysis of a patient being “sick” cannot be supported with evidence. Also, they are accomplices to the fraud being carried out by the teachers that are skipping school on the taxpayer’s dime.

My comment was not aimed specifically at you, my FRiend - I’m very frustrated with the general attitude from FReepers in these discussions, that the teachers are basically fun-loving, innocent miscreants who should be ‘punished’ with ‘dismissal’, or ‘suspension’ or, one would surmise, being sent to bed without supper - and NO TV!!!

Call it like it is - these ‘teachers’ are obtaining fraudulent documents for the purpose of monetary gain (sick pay, sick days, saving a career), and that is a criminal act, punishable with prison time — *hard* prison time....
