That’s the patient’s name. The doctor’s name is at the bottom. The woman interviewed on Fox said that the doctors did NOT ask for any ID so any name could have been given.

None of them are "patients". They are scammers. Besides why give a fake name if you need it for your excuse from work?

Scammers is right. But the reason I mentioned a fake name is because the person that got hold of this example would probably have used a fake name so that it couldn't be traced back to him/her. If I was trying to get one solely for investigative purposes, I certainly wouldn't put my name on it.

It's not clear that the one that was pictured in that post was one that was meant to be used by some scammer or one that was meant to be published to illustrate what the doctors were doing.
