The following are links to videos of physicians in Wisconsin handing out fake medical excuses to public employee union members in Wisconsin who are skipping work to demonstrate against the new GOP governor's cost cutting measures that would make them pay more of their own health insurance and pension costs.

I'm a physician myself, licensed to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
If I caught a fellow physician doing this..I would have absolutely no problem with testifying in court that this is probable fraud..and definitely a violation of medical ethics.
If these demonstrators in Wisconsin and the physicians who are LYING to assist them... thought they had the moral high ground..they just lost it.

For a fee, no less.
I’m sure the physicians in question will have ample opportunity to tell their side of the story when their sorry butts are called before the Medical Board.
The Wisconsin Attorney General should be referring these cases to a grand jury.
If these are indeed real physicians, then the State of Wisconsin had better revoke there licenses. If not, I may have ot consider not recognizing ANY professional license issued by that state.
FYI
All of them should be former physicians by the end of next week.

That is defrauding the state, a felony! Nail their a$$es!
These doctors either handed out medical excuses without a proper patient examiniation OR they examinations in a public place without following patient privace (HIPAA) rules.
They can’t have it both ways and either way it’s fraud.
And any teacher who tries to present one of these excuse notes is admitting to fraud, because everyone now knows the names of these doctors and what they were doing.
Technicallly speaking, its criminal fraud, as the unionistas would not otherwise get paid.
Should easily qualify as a felony.

Are they charging the insurance coverage of these teachers for office visits?
That would be fraud.
