Sacramento’s ABC News 10 reported on the union rally and Tea Party counter rally in Sacramento today. ABC’s online report makes cursory mention of an incident of union violence directed at a Tea Party activist: “Police cited one man for battery after he allegedly shoved a tea party supporter.”
Yes, that is right. Once physically assaulted, that does change it. I didn’t feel like I could let it get that far, though. I guess from what I have been told, avoid getting to a situation where you are forced to defend yourself.

I had a great-uncle who was a retired Marine, veteran of WWII, Korea, and the early part of Vietnam. He once told me, “Don’t go pickin’ fights with anyone who’s too old or weak to fight you; he’ll likely just kill you and have done with it.”
Good advice then as now.
If a Tea Party member had shoved a liberal, it would be front page New York Times tomorrow. A shove isn’t ‘nothing’ unless it’s a conservative being shoved.

If it had been turned around, the MSM would have run! with headlines like TEA PARTIER ASSAULTS INNOCENT UNION PASSERBY or somesuch! >:-(

It’s getting really frustrating reading the shock regarding this stuff. This is a leftist revolution in it’s infancy. Leftist revolutions always turn violent. This will get worse. If they succeed at controlling the full governing apparatus, then it is midnight visits and firing squads. This is the same tale played out over and over again throughout history. The names change, the dates change and some of the propaganda changes, other than that — it remains unchanged.
Wasp spray for self defense is a bad idea. It is a myth! Stick with the Pepper Spray. Wasp spray is unproven and has never been tested on humans. Wasp Spray will NOT work on those who cannot feel pain i.e. drugs or alcohol. Pepper Spray is an inflammatory which will cause the eyes to slam shut no matter the situation. That’s why over 40,000 law enforcement agencies carry it nationwide and even the smallest canisters will fire 10 ft while the larger canisters will fire 25 to 30 ft.
