Yesterday I was setting a fire in my woodstove and came across a 2-page article from last summer in the NYTimes discussing the booming auto manufacturing in Alabama/Georgia - Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Honda, Toyota.
Of course, the “journal of record” punted on 2nd down, never delving into the “Why?” - other than a single sentence mentioning that none of these booming places are unionized, yet the workers still make comparable wages to the unionized folks to the north.
___
Redisticting - by the way, did you notice that almost every state gaining seats is a RTW state, and almost every state losing seats is a forced-union state?
“Redisticting - by the way, did you notice that almost every state gaining seats is a RTW state, and almost every state losing seats is a forced-union state?”
The only trouble with that is that many of the new arrivals are died-in-the-wool liberals from blue states who hate high taxes and economic slowness and yet still thaink liberalism has nothing to do with it.
Invariably, they bring their rotten voting habits with them and “there goes the neighborhood.”
