“This is a self inflicted starvation that needs exposure.”

Yes it does, and we need some public voices brave enough to tell it like it is - Obama’s deliberate doing. The conservatives in congress and on tv need to grow a pair in a hurry, because the left will blame it all on Bush and/or on the strife in the ME, nothing to do with BHO.

“What’s that all about, do you know?”

Probably just a reference to BP oil spill, and all the environmental “hazards” of fossil fuels.

” Is it an effort to crash our economy? Payoff to GE since they are so heavily invested in green energy? Helping Soros clean up on the oil futures market?”

All the above. But Soros (as well as BHO) also wants to crash our economy.

“He is quite small. His strength is being down-to-earth, his quick wittedness, and his intelligence on fiscal matters.”

Same as Bobby Jindal.

“I’ve wondered about that so much. Why does Obama and the admin forestall every attempt to get our own energy.”

It’s really very simple, and once you face the awful fact, then everything BHO says and does will suddenly fall into place and make sense:

He hates America and is doing everything he can to hasten its demise.

See? Simple and clear.

“Obama wants us to go green entirely. The only way he can do that is to make sure the prices of conventional energy sources go thru the roof.”

Even if we went full-speed, full-force toward green tomorrow, we’re many YEARS away from any viable “green” replacement. And (although I believe HHO was a poor student) he knows this. He could care less about us really going green, he just wants to penalize us out the wazoo now for needing fossil fuel, and destroy our economy by denying us the right to supply our own and become independent rather than forced to beg for it from our enemies.

“Maybe Allen West?”

No, by his own words, not yet. He’s very wise, and he feels he needs to learn a lot more about the workings of Washington before he’s ready to lead (his words, not mine).

But Herman Cain is seriously looking at running. And the fact that both the MSM and GOP elites are deliberately not mentioning him, ever, is a great recommendation.

“As long as Huckster takes Romney out I’m okay with his schtick.”

Like he did last time, clearing the way for McCain?

“He’s getting a pass from the national media from some negatives on his record.”

What kind of negatives?

Going green is the same as going red. The “watermelon movement,” green on the outside, red on the inside, is just another tool to use on the road to socialism—just like Obamacare. It is not about the environment or healthcare, it is about greater government control over our economy and our lives.

Job growth events. Twice, to people that I know.
My cousin’s employer had a big press event with the Governor. Supposedly going to create lots of jobs. The next morning the company laid off all the employees except a small handful, and a couple of weeks later took them all back as contract employees instead of full time employees with benefits. But no NEW jobs as promised.
Then in my husband’s hometown, Daniels did a big press availability about a new business moving into town to create lots of jobs [and hope] but after the press event the new business never opened and never created a single new job. They’ve lost at least half of their population since that business closed down, in the last few years.
Still hanging on to the HOPE that that new business will come to town and create jobs.
A friend said that they saw an investigative report on a local TV station investigating this issue. That job growth events were smoke and mirrors. They interviewed Daniels and went through the claims and the numbers and couldn’t verify Daniels’ numbers. I’ve been looking for it so I could document this but haven’t found it yet.
With all the press involved in his idea to run for president, no one has looked into it.
Daniels never does a follow up after he does these press events, when things don’t work out as he said they would.
He disappoints a lot of people.
There is more but this is enough for me.
And then he brags on his website about how many state employee jobs he has eliminated since he’s been governor. That might be a positive and might be a negative depending on how he did it.

I have been told that it’s not good long term for states to constantly oppose the Federal govt. but in these times I see no alternative. Now to find more Governors with cajones....

At least a small part of it is to pay homage to the 1/4 of a billion bucks that comes to zero from the mid-east in his campaign coffers. but overall the mission was always for the Manchurian to destroy the country as rapidly or incrementally if necessary as possible.
