PBS is run by such thick-headed Socialists that they NEVER PUT ANY CLAIM on ONE DIME of merchandise from Sesame Street, or any of those other shows. (did not want to sully themselves with the Eeeeeevil profit motive, dontcha know) Leave it to Boxer to paint this as an attack on Elmo. Could those ads they ran when Newt tried to zero their funding that feature Big Bird crying be far behind?

Enough to pay for itself, CTS (or whatever they call it these days) and a good portion of the cr*p that's out on PBS.
Sesame Street is a PROFIT CENTER for PBS. I really wish that someone would point that out to demagogues like Boxer in the setting of a public hearing.
