You are absolutely correct. Any state that takes high speed passenger rail system money from Obama is not too well balanced mentally!!! Like AmTrack it is dead on arrival. Who takes the hit? The American taxpayer, the state taxpayers will be hit for overruns and Obama further destroys the USA economy.
