Thank you my FRiend. Just got back from Houston for a big checkup and it went great. Bone grafts and fusion all doing better than expected. no new cancer in the surgery area or soft tissue, progress in rehab better than expected.

But, it is still debilitating and I have a ways to go. The Lord has been good and merciful to me and the prayers, faith, encouragement, and love of family and friends has pulled me through.

I may never get off the pain meds entirely because of all the hardware I am carrying around now and how it is attached to my spine and hips, but it has been manageable and I am grateful to be able to work and earn for my family and get around on my own as much as possible.

I am grateful to God in Heaven and His Son for their tender mercies to me and know they will show likewise, irregardless of how hard it may get to Jim and any other of their children according to their will and the love and faith we exert.

Wow, what great news! And I hope your pain subsides quickly...

My prayers for you continue, FRiend... :-)
