I knew a friend in high places, in Morrocco, he said the Gov’t works REAL hard to keep extremism out of mainline religion of Islam. That they in secret share the same fear that fanatical Jihadist movement is overtaking and moving in upon the moderates. It’s always better to play SAFE, than sorry. Prudence is what is needed. Many Muslim governments know the biggest threat to them is not Western influence but their own Muslim nut-jobs. That is why we supported Iraq vs. Iran, why the West supported Jordan, and why Syria and Libya were tolerated.
