App, he was the PRESIDENT Not the frickin' editor. He had no writing or editing responsibility beyond breaking tied votes on submissions ... a rare event. He was supposed to run the office, a chore handled by a paid staff. He just went to cocktail parties and meetings ... as he does now.
The guy who actually did his job for him told all.
