They got “lucky” and were snagged by a TN trucker at a South Mountain rest, stop 30 miles east.
They were headed this way, alright, but really had no idea what they were headed *for*.
They can’t operate in remote rural areas; movies have convinced them they’ll be set upon by hill folk with six rows of teeth and three eyes apiece.
They need a large pool of easy prey, so they’ll stick to well-lighted mall parking lots and such; they’re limited to hunting in places where single women would feel safe traveling.
