I don’t think his point was that Japanese are more civilized than blacks. His point was that Japanese are more civilized than Americans. Besides, it was all Bush’s fault. That has been thoroughly established and is understood by the CNN audience.

And the posters above are not saying it's a black vs Japanese distinction either. There are plenty of blacks in Missisippi, and as has been stated, the response and responsibility contrast between New Orleans, and Mississippi, and to other parts of Louisiana as well is stark. The distinction again, is one of givers, vs. takers.

Yep - it's easy to point to the majority of blacks (mostly inner city) when speaking of the parasite class because 90+% are Democrat and therefore much more advanced in terms of having the amoral, parasite/taker, dependency-on-government disease than other cultural groups in the U.S. Plus, they are taught about the evil groups all around them that are to blame for their ills, which has helped to greatly accelerate the disease. But, other Dem special interest groups aren't all that far behind.

I still remember a MSM report from Florida back when hurricane Andrew went through. They were interviewing some pathetic liberal white woman who was sitting on what was left of her porch in the middle of the devastation - doing NOTHING. Her quote to the media, between sobs, was "nobody has showed up to give us ANYTHING!" I immediately lost all sympathy for the woman (UNLIKE the lib reporter), and felt like smacking her instead. This is NOT the traditional American way - but sadly lack/loss of self-reliance and taking personal responsibility is becoming more and more of a problem as the takers/parasites begin to outnumber the givers/hosts and our can-do American spirit and culture continues to decay.
