Elected officials - ALL OF THEM - have come to view their state or the nation as private property they can damn well do anything they want with. The only time they pay attention to us is before elections.
The ONLY solution is Term Limits and G.R.I.P. - Get Rid of Incumbent Politicians unless they give us a pretty damn good reason not to.
